HI Janet,
It takes a bigger person to take on misunderstandings as if they are the one responsible for creating them! I would suggest you look into these situations and see what or how you could have said things differently and truly own that. Then I suggest apologizing to the people you need to - telling them exactly where you went wrong and how you will be in the future with them. The hardest part of all comes in being with them the way you promise to be with them--whether it be more patient, more loving, more compassionate, more understanding--the external world is available for us to look within and grow from---this is what is being called for. As for the ones who misunderstood your true intentions: as long as you truly know that your intentions are pure and there is nothing on your part to have caused any disharmony then bless them and move on!!! Be well, Jennifer

Hello Jennifer,
Thank you for your Blog site. It hits home for me on many levels. Mainly the forgiveness and guilt comments. I seem to be living in the past and feeling guilty about things I have said or done to other people and myself. For some reason I am truly unable to move past these issues because they are unresolved. I have either left someone made at me or someone has misunderstood my true intentinos and I am never given a chance to explain my side or how I really felt. For some reason this is very important to me and I can not move on until I feel like I am understood. Is this something I can get passed and how? I would like to know if you have any courses or therapy to help me get out of this cycle.
Sincerely,
Janet
